When can I return a product?

A product can be returned in case of: a production error or when an item is delivered incorreclty.

Please note:

-In order to return a product, you first need to contact us by email or whatsapp.
-Products may only be returned within 7 days after receipt of the order.
-You need to attach a copy of your order confirmation.
-A clear complaint description is given per item.
 we may we ask you to send us pictures.
-The product needs to be in its orignal packing.
-Discounted product cannot be returned

-Returned items are settled by means of a personal discount code that we create for you

-No credit will be created by us for products already sold by you to a customer , it is also not possible to return it.
